Calling all wild children:: Your voice is needed!  Calling in the one who howls, the one who growls, the one who yodels,  the one who sings and the one who say’s you you can’t, you shouldn’t,  or you don’t know how.  Calling in the one who wants to say NO when it is true and the one one who wants to sing HELL YES in honor of the fullest expression!  I am inviting HER and THEM to the table.

Through music, breath, and movement and mythology we will uncover limiting beliefs around voice, and open the doorway to a full bodied creative expression.
